For expedient help with technical issues concerning your security system, Knight Security Systems is pleased to offer you an online electronic form for placing service call requests. During our normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local Dallas time) Monday through Friday, we’ll respond to any request submitted this way within four business hours.
Should you need emergency service or need technical support after 5:00 p.m., weekends or holidays, contact our technical support hotline at (800) 642-1632.
